  • Where is the store based?

    Calgary, Canada

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    I am based in Canada and ship via Canada Post. I can ship to any country that Canada Post will ship to.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    **Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be longer than expected. Packages within Canada or to the United States will include a tracking number. International packages will not include tracking. Please reach out to me if you would like to discuss the cost of tracking for international orders.

    All packages are shipped through Canada Post. By their estimates, local orders within Canada should take between 2-10 business days to arrive. Orders to the United States will take between 5-12 business days and international orders will take between 2-3 weeks.

    Please remember that these are only estimates and your order may arrive sooner or later than the estimated time. If you are concerned about your order, please feel free to contact me.

  • I ordered a pre-order item. What should I expect?

    Pre-order items will have a longer wait time, since orders to the manufacturer will only be placed once the shop orders close. Typically it takes a month or so for items to be manufactured and delivered after my order has been placed.

    I will add you to an email list with the email address you have placed your order with to let you know how the pre-order is progressing.

    If the pre-order falls through for whatever reason, I will issue a refund.

  • I ordered a digital commission. What should I expect?

    Commissions are a digital service, and no physical item will be shipped. Each type of commission will be available in limited slots.

    Payment is upfront. Within a few days of placing your order, you will receive an email from me. I will be looking for the character(s) you want me to draw, including poses or expressions you would like.

    Once the content has been approved, I will check in with you at three points to show you the work in progress, at which point you will be able to request changes.

    Once I have started the commission, I will NOT issue a refund. Refunds can be issued only while we are in the initial discussion phase, OR if I find myself in a situation where I cannot complete the commission.

    Commissions will be done on a first come, first serve basis, and may take a few months to complete. Please contact me if you have any questions or want an update on progress.

  • If I order a digital commission, can I post the finished art online?

    The art you commission can be posted online, or used as a social media profile picture or header AS LONG AS IT IS CREDITED IN THE POST OR SOMEWHERE ON THE PAGE.

    I may post commissioned art online for the purpose of showing examples of my work.
